What is Lawfulness, Fairness and Transparency?

Lawfulness, fairness, and transparency are all qualities that are important to consider when it comes to the privacy of your data.

Lawfulness is a word that means "authentic," "true," or "genuine." The rule of law is a set of laws enforced by an authority.

Fairness refers to treating people equally and fairly based on their status. A fair system makes sure everyone has the same chance to succeed in life.

Transparency refers to being open and honest about what you do with people's information.
