What is Business Continuity Management?

Business continuity management (BCM) is the process of planning for and recovering from business disruptions, with NIS2 requiring ESPs to have a BCM plan; within BCM, maintaining information security involves determining requirements, establishing processes, and regularly evaluating measures, and an information security management system needs to embed the maintenance of information security into its BCM system.
